Hello relaxers and relaxees,

I put up a video in my gallery here at Ourhypnospace, on Youtube, and on my website that consists of 10 minutes of my nature sounds and gallery photos (and some other nature images). It's meant to be a quick relaxation break during the middle of the day to "get away" from work for a bit.  I hope you enjoy it and find some peace and tranquility in this virtual escape to nature.

Hello my mesmerizing friends!

I have an offer for you.  Read on!

It's been a while since I blogged, but that's because I have been in Alaska making nature recordings (and, oh yes, vacationing as well), and since I came back at the end of September I have been busily producing the recordings and turning them into first class soundtracks for relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis which are now being sold at my website Moodstreams.com.  The Alaska recordings tell the story of the salmon migration, which was in full splendor while I was there.  The rivers were like highways for salmon, diligently swimming upstream to spawn.  Some sections of the river were bumper to bumper with salmon, kind of like the cars on the Mass turnpike in my hometown of Boston!  Anyway, the

Hello All,

So, many of you have been asking to hear longer samples of my nature sounds that I offer at Moodstreams.com.  Well, I've just added a free ten-minute nature sound compilation track, that you can download from the website.  Instead of being limited to the 20-second samples that you hear on the soundtracks page, you get about a minute-and-a-half of seven different nature recordings, so you get a better idea of how they sound overall.  The samples fade smoothly into one another, so I think it makes a rather good relaxation or meditation soundtrack in and of itself, if you're looking for a short break in the middle of the day. And the best part is that it's FREE, so download away. You can access this download either from the home page, or the soundtracks

Hi Hypnofriends,

In my ongoing quest to offer the best ambient sounds for relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis on the web, I've added a couple new soundtracks to my website, moodstreams.com.  The latest is a night recording I made in Central Massachusetts at the edge of a pond at the end of August.  It features a dense chorus of insects on the shoreline, punctuated by the deep croaking sounds of Green Frogs in the water.  It's a pretty unique sound, and is appropriately called "Evening by the Pond".  I've also put up a few new entrainment sessions, some with backgrounds that are from my own recordings.  Samples of all of these are on my catalog page.  Check them out, and enjoy!

Hello hypnofriends,

I'm sure many of you have used brainwave entrainment in some form or another, whether it be Hemi-Sync, or Holosync or Brainsync, or light-and-sound devices.  I'm someone who not only uses entrainment but also offers it in products that I sell on my website for relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis soundtracks, and I was wondering how you guys feel about its effectiveness on clients.  I know the principles of brainwave entrainment are scientifically proven, but do you think that a person's hypnotic suggestibility and expectation play a big factor in the effectiveness of the entrainment?  I would think that it does.  I mean, if a person is expecting to enter a theta brainwave state and they are generally a good hypnotic subject, then they will enter

Hello friends,

Those of you who have been to the Moodstreams website (www.moodstreams.com) and looked at the photo gallery there know that up until now there was only a "New England" gallery. Well today I added a California gallery, which includes the photos I took during my recording sessions in NorCal and SoCal in July.  The soundtracks I recorded there were "Pacific Tidepool" and "SoCal Beach".  There aren't too many photos in the Cal gallery because I was only there for a week, and I just chose to include the best pictures.  Take a look in your spare time.

Hello relaxation fans,

I just added the new "Summer Meadow" soundtrack to the Moodstreams catalog. It's got crickets, cicadas, birds, and busy bees flying back and forth in stereo! You can listen to a short sample of it on the catalog page of www.moodstreams.com or just go straight to www.moodstreams.com/soundtracks.html. There's also a sample of it in the Moodstreams online store. Have fun, and just relax.

Hello hypnotists and friends,

I recently made some updates to the online site for my business, Moodstreams. Check it out at www.moodstreams.com.  There is a vertical navigation menu now, and you can access the online store directly from it.  And now you can listen to the soundtrack samples while you're in the online store as you read the product description, rather than having to switch back and forth between the store and the catalog page in my website.  It's more versatile now.

I recently went on another recording trip, so I'll soon have a new soundtrack up consisting of the sounds of crickets in a summer meadow. It should be cool!

Oh, if you didn't catch the last post, Moodstreams offers soundtracks for relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis.  I have pure nature

Hello fellow hypnotists!  It was great seeing and learning from many of you at the convention this past weekend. I'm a newbie here, so I guess this is my chance to explain myself and my contribution to the world of hypnosis. Since the beginning of the year, I've been working on a new aspect of my practice: the production of high-quality ambient soundtracks for relaxation, meditation and hypnosis. I'm an avid outdoorsman, and I've compiled a decent collection of nature audio recordings in my many travels to the wilderness of New England and California, and I've made these recordings into a series of soundtracks for both personal use and for hypnotists to use with their clients. There are also a couple of brainwave entrainment sessions and a few complete hypnosis sessions for weight
